SPI_006 — Endpoint (tool) descriptions
Each enabled tenant tool's description + example input/output, sent as a function definition. One instance per tool (SPI_006:<toolName>).

Editing
Each enabled Endpoint (tool) contributes its own definition — edit the tool’s description and examples in Console → Tools.
In the debug trace
Appears as an entry inside the Tools offered group node (ref SPI_006, instanced per tool as SPI_006:<toolName>).
SPI_005 — Personality block
The active tenant personality profile (traits, agent name/role/tone, custom instructions) rendered to natural language under a "## Your Personality" header.

Contract for reacting to _egox.duplicate / capExceeded / errorClass tool markers; stops retry storms.
