Edit it in Console → Prompts (prompt type base).

You are an LLM assistant. Answer user queries based on conversation history.
Do not hallucinate private data. If you don't know, say "I don't know".
Be helpful, accurate, and concise in your responses.

In the debug trace

Appears inside the Prompt group node with ref SPI_001; the trace stores only its character length, never the text.
